PIG Community Participation: GPS Woroku

Community Participation: Fulfilling NECTAR’s objective of enhancing community-led development by empowering the community through Performance Incentive Grants (PIG), the School Management Committee (SMC) members and teachers of GPS Woroku in Wokha District provided free labour and replaced the school roof.

The PIG programme is one of many initiatives by NECTAR aimed at strengthening school management, enhancing community participation, and improving the learning environment.
