School Transformation Strategy Rolled Out Across All Lighthouse School Complexes

Following the onboarding of the Lighthouse School Managers and the Lighthouse School Implementation Team across all 17 districts, the School Transformation Strategy is now being implemented in all Lighthouse School Complexes (LSCs).

This strategy aims to implement a comprehensive model that enhances school quality, governance, and student outcomes through interventions such as clearly defined roles and responsibilities, enhancing school management, pedagogy, assessments, digital technology integration, and the development of a strong school vision and mission, among others.

The Implementation Teams will oversee the execution of these interventions in their respective LSCs.
