As part of Phase 2 of the Exam Reforms component under NECTAR, a “Workshop for Change Management Plan of Exam Reforms” was conducted with all stakeholders from sister departments to evaluate and discuss the change management plan, focusing on sustainability, institutionalisation, and the handover of tasks and responsibilities.
The workshop was conducted at NBSE Conference Hall on 1 May and attended by officials from DoSE, SCERT and NBSE.

PIG Diaries: As part of their outreach activity under the Performance Incentive Grants (PIG), GMS Vidima in Chümoukedima District organised an enrolment drive at the residence of the village council chairman. The drive was aimed at enrolling children who have reached school-going age.
Due to space constraints, GMS Senkalemba in Mokokchung District came up with an innovative terrace kitchen garden for their Mid-Day Meal using the 3rd instalment of the Performance Incentive Grants (PIG). The teachers also contributed manure and seeds for the garden.
