Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)

As part of the Governance and Capacity Building component under the NECTAR Project, the introduction of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) aims to transform teaching and learning practices, cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development among educators while enhancing their digital literacy and exploring new teaching methods.

Aligned with this initiative, the fifth round of in-person Subject-based Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) commenced on 22 April and will conclude 13 June. The Subject Matter Experts (SME) along with Subject Presidents and Mentors for ten subjects are participating in the training across four districts.
