With funds from the Performance Incentive Grants (PIG), GHS Ngwalwa in Peren District improved its school infrastructure by giving the exterior a fresh coat of paint. Additionally, the community also contributed to the development efforts by painting the roof.
The PIG programme aims to foster community-led development and ownership by providing financial support that empowers communities to take an active role in government schools.
