With support from the community in the form of free labour, GMS Wokha Town A renovated a hall (side wall construction, plastering, painting, ceiling) and is using it as a multi-purpose hall for gatherings and school programmes.
Due to space constraints, GMS Senkalemba in Mokokchung District came up with an innovative terrace kitchen garden for their Mid-Day Meal using the 3rd instalment of the Performance Incentive Grants (PIG). The teachers also contributed manure and seeds for the garden.
PIG Diaries: Catering to Children with Special Needs (CwSN), GMS CwSN Lerie in Kohima District utilised the Performance Incentive Grants (PIG) to install handrails, aiming to make the school more accessible.
