PIG Diaries: GHS Sendenyu, Tseminyu District
PIG Diaries: With leftover funds from a Performance Incentive Grants (PIG) instalment, GHS Sendenyu in Tseminyu District purchased 100 coffee saplings, while the teachers contributed to buy banana saplings, initiating a small plantation.
Today, with help from students and staff, the school proudly maintains 350 coffee saplings and 50 banana plants—transforming the plantation into a living classroom that fosters outdoor, hands-on learning, all while enjoying the organically grown bananas.
