‘Improving learning environment’
Utilising the Performance Incentive Grants (PIG), GMS Thekrujuma in Kohima District built concrete steps to improve access to the school. Previously, the lack of proper steps posed risks to students and teachers, especially during the rainy season.

GHS Changsu in Wokha District organised an educational tour to the Kohima World War II Cemetery as part of an activity under the Performance Incentive Grants (PIG). The trip included a group of 20 students from Class 7 to 10, along with 4 staff members.
