PIG Diaries: GMS Sungratsu
With the goal of fostering self-reliance through vocational training under the Performance Incentive Grants (PIG), GMS Sungratsu in Mokokchung District proposed to organise a one-day ‘Life Skills Training’ in fine arts. However, the generous contribution from the SMC in the form of painting materials allowed the training to be extended to three days.
During the training, students learnt various skills including drawing, shading, introduction to acrylic paints, and basic calligraphy, among others.
