PACE‑N: Advancing Educator Capacity in Nagaland
As part of the NECTAR Project, PACE-N (Professional Advancement and Capacity-Building of Educators, Nagaland) has been developed for the Department of School Education as an Online Learning Management System (LMS) to support educators and advance professional learning.
Aligned with this, a three-day workshop for subject matter experts from SCERT, NBSE, and DoSE was conducted at SCERT from 11 to 13 August to build their capacity in creating effective, engaging and learner centered modules for the PACE-N platform.
A hands-on technical workshop for handing over PACE-N learning platform was also conducted for the IT Teams from SCERT, NBSE and NECTAR on how to maintain and manage the learning platform.
