7th Batch of School Leadership Development Programme Begins at SCERT Kohima

The 7th batch of the School Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) for over 50 school heads commenced on 29 July at SCERT, Kohima. The programme is being organised by the School Leadership Academy, SIEMAT, SCERT, in collaboration with the Nagaland Education Project – The Lighthouse (NECTAR).

SLDP is a one-month certificate programme designed for school heads, focusing on seven key areas: Perspective on School Leadership, Developing Self, Transforming the Teaching-Learning Process, Building and Leading Teams, Leading Innovations, Leading Partnerships, and Initiatives in School Education. The training will conclude on 29 August.
