SMILE App: User Acceptance Test conducted

As part of the SMILE App support system and quality assurance process to ensure that the app is effective and user-friendly, the NECTAR PMU team is conducting a User Acceptance Test (UAT) in selected schools and establishments across the state from June 5 to June 20.

The UAT aims to validate the app’s functionality in diverse settings (urban, rural, and remote areas), ensure compliance, identify any issues, and gather feedback from end users to enhance the user experience and further improve the app.
