PIG Diaries: GMS Longtsunger in Kiphire District utilised the Performance Incentive Grants (PIG) to paint their classrooms with informative and colourful BaLA art (Building as Learning Aid). The teachers also helped paint the BaLA.

With support from the community in the form of free labour, GMS Wokha Town A renovated a hall (side wall construction, plastering, painting, ceiling) and is using it as a multi-purpose hall for gatherings and school programmes.

As part of outreach activity under the Performance Incentive Grants (PIG), teachers and SMC/SMDC members of several schools in Kiphire District conducted extensive Enrolment Drives for inclusion of out-of-school children.
