Grievance Redress Mechanism

A Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) is being set-up to enable project beneficiaries, Project Affected Parties, and other affected stakeholders to raise concerns and grievances and seek redress when they perceive a negative impact arising from the project activities.  The GRM, by increasing transparency and accountability, seeks to reduce the project risk and serves as an important feedback mechanism that can help to improve the project impact.
