Proceeding of the meeting:
- The meeting was chaired by Shri. Samuel Thyug, Project Deputy Secretary, Nagaland Education Project.
- Technical bids were opened electronically from the nagalandtenders.gov.in portal in presence of committee members.
- Received bids from 8 firms as mentioned below:

- For the bidder, M/s 3S infra, the hardcopy of the original documents was submitted at 1:15 PM which is 15 minutes late. The technical evaluation committee sat together for taking the decision for acceptance or rejection. After verification of the official presence at the table for receiving the hard copy of the original documents before the deadline for submission for the said bid, in presence of Project Director, Nagaland Education Project, Department of School Education, the technical evaluation committee decided to reject the bid for 3S Infra as per the clause no 10, Pg no 5 of the RFB.
