CORRIGENDUM
In response to RFP notice issued vide No IN-DSE-450250-CW-RFB Dated 20th September 2024 for the work “Infrastructural development of Lighthouse School Complex - Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Tuensang under Tuensang District” the following modifications are hereby issued:

| 7. | Section III - Evaluation and Qualification Criteria
2.1 Qualification Criteria 4.2 (a) Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience |
(i) A minimum number of similar contracts specified below that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member, management contractor or sub-contractor between 1st January 2017 and bid submission deadline:
(i) 1 (one) contract of minimum value not less than Rs.9.06 Crores; Or (ii) 2 (two) contracts, each of minimum value not less than Rs. 6.04 Crores
The similarity of the contracts shall be based on the following similar civil works contracts for school, college, hospitals. offices, buildings with allied works and/or other characteristics including part of the requirements that may be met by specialized subcontractors, if permitted in accordance with ITB 33.2 |

If a Bid Security is specified pursuant to ITB 19.1, The Bid Security of the technically unsuccessful Bidders shall be returned as promptly as possible upon declaration of technical result. The Bid Security of those technically qualified Bidders and whose financial bid have been opened but were unsuccessful, shall be returned as promptly as possible upon the successful Bidder’s signing the Contract and furnishing the Performance Security and if required in the BDS, the Environmental and Social (ES) Performance Security pursuant to ITB 50. |
Note:
- For this tender, the bid security validity should be till 8th April 2025 i.e., 165 days starting 25th October 2024
- The other terms and conditions of the RFB remain unchanged
The revision in estimated value is necessitated basing on the cost escalation fixed at 6.13% above the NPWD SOR 2021 issued by Office of the Chief Engineer PWD (H) vide NO: CE(H)/TB/CIRCULAR/2021-196 dated 18th July 2023.
