CORRIGENDUM

In response to RFB notice issued vide no IN-DSE-448085-CW-RFB Dated 6th September 2024 for the work “Infrastructural development of Lighthouse School Complex - Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Tseminyu under Tseminyu District” the following modifications are hereby issued:

Note:

For this tender, the bid security validity should be till 21^st March 2025 i.e., 165 days starting 7^th October 2024
The other terms and conditions of the RFB remain unchanged

The revision in estimated value is necessitated basing on the cost escalation fixed at 6.13% above the NPWD SOR 2021 issued by Office of the Chief Engineer PWD (H) vide NO: CE(H)/TB/CIRCULAR/2021-196 dated 18^th July 2023.
