4th batch of SLDP

A one-month School Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) for 48 heads of schools from across the state commenced on July 16 at SIEMAT Hall, SCERT, Kohima.

This is the 4th batch of SLDP for school heads being conducted by the School Leadership Academy, SIEMAT (SCERT), in collaboration with Nagaland Education Project – The Lighthouse (NECTAR).

The programme aims to enhance governance, build the capacity of school leaders, and contribute to the overall improvement of government schools in Nagaland.

The SLDP programme is one of the many initiatives being implemented by the NECTAR Project to strengthen governance and capacity building, improve teaching-learning practices, and enhance the learning environment in government schools across the state.
