Strengthening Governance and Capacity in Education
Under the NECTAR Project, the component of “Strengthening Governance and Capacity Building” focuses on strengthening and establishing governance and capacity-building structures for school education at the district, block, and school levels.
In line with this objective, a two-day District-level Handover Workshop is being conducted across all districts, with the workshops scheduled on staggered dates at the respective District Education Offices.
The workshop aims to equip officials with the knowledge, skills, and practical understanding required to take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure the institutionalisation and sustainability of the established systems and practices beyond the project period.
